Caroline is currently an analyst for the Employee Experience team at WTW. She has a background in technical and creative writing, editing, and psychological research.

Caroline graduated from Vanderbilt University with Honors in Psychology in May of 2023. In her senior year, she received 2nd place at Vanderbilt’s Undergraduate Research Fair in the category of public heath, social sciences, and humanities for her thesis project. Additionally, she is a contributing author to an original research paper published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology.

While in Nashville, Caroline was a Staff Writer at Strike Magazine, where she received writing credit for the first LGBTQ+ creative writing piece published in the magazine’s history.

Caroline is deeply invested in unraveling the complexities of human behavior and experience. She is driven by a dual commitment to rigorous research inquiry and creative expression. She especially enjoys working within a space where these two dimensions intersect. In her free time, Caroline loves reading cultural commentary and fiction novels. She posts her book reviews on GoodReads.
